Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Mambi Subdistrict Office. This study employed a quantitative approach involving 60 employees as both the population and sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.532, a t-value of 5.828, and a significance value of <0.001. Work motivation had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.091, a t-value of 1.153, and a significance value of 0.254. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.248, a t-value of 2.229, and a significance value of 0.030. Simultaneously, leadership, work motivation, and work discipline significantly affected employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 38.934 and a significance value of <0.001. The value of 0.676 indicates that the three independent variables explained 67.6% of the variance in employee performance. Leadership was the most dominant variable influencing employee performance
