Village digital transformation requires not only technological infrastructure but also the capacity of village officials to use digital tools for administrative and public communication needs. This community service program addressed the limited practical skills of village officials in using generative artificial intelligence for graphic design and village publication content. The activity was conducted at the Pulau Sari Village Office, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan, on 17 June 2026. The program used a training and mentoring approach consisting of presentation, demonstration, direct practice, discussion, and participant evaluation. Google Gemini was introduced as a generative AI tool to support idea generation, prompt formulation, content drafting, and graphic design planning. The participants practiced producing concepts for posters, activity banners, public service announcements, and social media content. The results showed that most participants were able to follow the basic workflow of Gemini after receiving guidance from lecturers and students. The practice also indicated that AI helped shorten the initial content-development process and stimulated creative ideas for village communication media. Participants recognized the importance of verifying AI-generated information before publication. The activity therefore contributed to strengthening basic digital literacy and AI skills among village officials and provided an initial model for responsible AI-supported village communication.
